Native American Connections’ (NAC) mission is “Improving the lives and individuals and families through Native American culturally appropriate behavioral health, affordable housing and community development services.” Since 1972, NAC has been recognized as an innovative Native American multiservice organization working to improve community health and wellness along with increasing housing stability. NAC currently provides general mental health services for adults, youth and children? residential substance use treatment for adults? permanent supportive housing for persons experiencing homelessness? transitional housing for men & women? emergency housing for homeless youth? and affordable housing communities for low-income families and seniors.
