Native Seeds/SEARCH (NS/S) in Tucson, Arizona, a 29 year-old Southwest seed conservation organization seeks an Operations/Finance Manager. This amazing organization operates a Farm in Patagonia (AZ), Retail Store and state of the art Conservation Center and Seed Bank. At the center of its programs is a nationwide training called Seed School. We expect from our team a commitment to the mission of the organization and an understanding of how the work being done at NS/S fits into the sustainability movement.
