Company Overview
New Life Center is a nonprofit organization, established in 1991 and dedicated to providing a temporary safe haven, prevention, education and support services to anyone experiencing domestic violence. New Life Center is seeking a transformational Executive Director who will steer the agency into an exciting new chapter. The Executive Director will provide passionate leadership and a compelling vision, be a strong relationship builder and create close partnerships with the community. He/she must be able to collaborate with multiple and diverse stakeholders including governmental entities, corporate and private funders, individual donors, nonprofit business leaders, faith communities and other partners throughout the community. The Executive Director will serve as the public voice of the work and be responsible for creating a sense of common purpose and shared alignment within the organization’s staff and Board and the community at large.
Company History
New LIfe Center was established in 1991 as a refuge for Domestic Violence Victims in the West Valley. Since then, NLC has grown to become the 2nd largest provider of emergency shelter in Arizona with 104 beds. We look forward to a continuation of community partnership and growth for years to come.
